Jewellery making classes

Chainmail jewellery making taster

Price: £20.00 (all materials included)
 
This 2-3 hour course is for those who wants to figure out whether chainmail jewellery making is  what they are looking for.

We will learn how to make byzantine chain.

You will be provided with rings and findings enough to create 9" bracelet.

 

Chainmail for beginners

Price: £20.00 per session (all materials included)

This is a set of 2-3 hour sessions to learn some basic chainmail weaves:

- European;
- Japanese;
- Persian;
- Byzantine;
- Helm;

The student will decide which weave he or she wants to learn. Jump rings and tools are provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own set of pliers.


Chainmail intermediate level

Price: £20.00 per session (all materials included)

This is a set of 2-3 hour sessions to learn intermediate chainmail weaves and techniques:

You will learn how to
- make rings yourself;
- add beads to your chainmail item;
- make earrings;

Jump rings and tools are provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own set of pliers.

Chainmail advanced level


Price: £30.00 per session (all materials included)

This is a set of 3-4 hour sessions to learn advanced chainmail weaves and techniques:

You will learn some advanced chainmail weaves:
- dragonscale,
- elf,
- inverted round,
- coiling technique
Learn about aspect ratio of diferent weaves.

Jump rings, beads, findings and tools are provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own set of pliers.
